Description
Goose Island is 5 minutes away. Great spot for bird watching, fishing, kayaking, boat launches, hiking or frisbee golf.
Mt. La Crosse is super close to enjoy skiing/snowboarding.
15 minute drive to downtown La Crosse and 3 miles North of Stoddard puts you in a great central location for the area.
Pets are welcome. No cleaning fee!
The space
1 bedroom with queen size bed. Kitchen and bathroom fully remodeled with new fixtures and appliances. Spacious living room with a full size pull out sofa sleeper. Trundle day bed adds 2 twin sized sleeping areas. Dining room table off the living area. Fire pit space outside with charcoal grill. Hammock is available to hang on trees outside.
Parking: Two separate driveways allow for 3 cars to park comfortably. Pull into the driveways right off the highway. Driveway north of home is larger and off the road more. House sits near highway 35 and railroad tracks.
Other things to note
The cottage is across the highway from the Mississippi River. Sits along the bluff close to highway 35 and railroad tracks. Outside the cabin can be noisy at times with traffic and trains present.
Shampoo and soap included for guests. Coffee grounds available for guests to enjoy. Toilet paper and paper towel will be supplied as well. First aid kit in kitchen closet. Charcoal grill is available to use outside.
There are two driveways. One shorter one to the south and a longer one away from the road is about 20 yards north of the shorter one.
Pets are welcome! No cleaning fee!

No smoking inside the house. $150 charge will be issued if there is evidence of smoking.
No fires inside the home. Use of the indoor fireplace is prohibited. $150 charge assessed if indoor fireplace is used. Pets allowed. Max 2 pets. Cannot be left unattended inside of home unless in a cage. Must be on a leash while outside on property. $100 charge will be issued if more than 2 pets/dogs are in home.
Check out is 11:00 AM on the day of check out. If you stay on the property passed the check out time without approval, a charge of $100 will be assessed.
The reservation will end at 11:00 AM on your check out day. You will need to vacate the property at this time.
If anything is broken or damaged in the house or on the property, charges will be issued to cover the cost to replace or correct the damages.
Owner/host is able to enter the property during an emergency (fire, water leak, large repairs, damage) once reasonable notice is given to guests.
Primary guest is responsible for any damages or rules broken by other guests during the reservation.
Primary guest must be 21 or older to reserve the property.
No more than 4 persons allowed to sleep overnight in the home.
