Open kitchen/dining/living room provides an awesome space to entertain your family & friends. Large dining table & unique pub style barrel table w/tractor seat stools.
The space
The Cattle Valley Lodge has a little something for everyone. Open concept for entertaining, high vaulted ceilings, arcade room with Ms. Pac-Man, NBA Jam, Golden Tee Golf, Street Fighter 2, darts and foosball. Board games and other video game options available as well. Hot tub right off the house on patio and open year round. Fire pit and view of the valley offers ultimate relaxation when needed. 4 beds sleep up to 8. Additional air mattress is available, along with 2 folding cots with mattresses. Yard is plenty big to enjoy outdoor games if you would like to bring your own.
Pets are welcome. No cleaning fee!
Other things to note
Close to the village of Coon Valley, WI. Gas station and small market in town for essentials. Bars, restaurants and shops in town to enjoy as well.
Shampoo and soap included for guests. Toilet paper and paper towel will be supplied as well. First aid kit in bathroom closet. Charcoal grill is available to use outside.

No smoking inside the house. $150 charge will be issued if there is evidence of smoking.
Pets allowed. Max 3 pets. Cannot be left unattended inside of home unless in a cage. Must be on a leash while outside on property. $100 charge will be issued if more than 3 pets/dogs are in home or are left unattended.
Check out is 11:00 AM on the day of check out. If you stay on the property passed the check out time without approval, a charge of $100 will be assessed.
The reservation will end at 11:00 AM on your check out day. You will need to vacate the property at this time.
If anything is broken or damaged in the house or on the property, charges will be issued to cover the cost to replace or correct the damages.
Owner/host is able to enter the property during an emergency (fire, water leak, large repairs, damage, power outage) once reasonable notice is given to guests.
Primary guest is responsible for any damages or rules broken by other guests during the reservation.
Primary guest must be 21 or older to reserve the property.
No more than 8 persons allowed to sleep overnight in the home.
No dogs/pets allowed in the hot tub.
